Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Basic electrical and plumbing skills
• Read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting and repair purposes.
• Work with logic controllers to maintain automated systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in facility operations.

Experience

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems effectively.
• Basic electrical and plumbing skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
