Senior Technical Program Manager (Finance)

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join NVIDIA's Enterprise Platforms and Solutions team. What you'll be doing:

You will lead planning and engineering activities for the NVIDIA Enterprise Platforms and Solutions teams, with a specific focus on storage solutions. The program includes architectural solutions, validation and certification that empower customers to develop and deploy AI projects. You will collaborate with multiple NVIDIA product and engineering teams to program manage solution and go to market plans for the storage enterprise server architecture. You will be the bridge between global OEMs, partners and NVIDIA product teams, creating awesome platforms for AI development. You will also partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, PR and Legal teams to drive the adoption and growth of NVIDIA's products portfolio across diverse market segments. In this role you'll be gathering requirements, tracking roadmaps, helping prioritization, scheduling, and planning for all phases of the product life cycle. Develop and manage milestones and schedules for the many moving parts that need to come together. Manage and improve existing Enterprise Storage Program, collaborate with engineering management and partners on improving the execution workflow and engineering efficiency. You will have the opportunity to interact with diverse technical groups, spanning all organizational levels.

What we need to see:

• Must have hands on experience with software development and process specifically for system or storage solutions.
• Thorough knowledge of software /hardware engineering principles
• You should be detail oriented with proven ability to multitask, in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements.
• Proven experience to creatively resolve technical issues and resource conflicts.
• You should have experience influencing decisions and leading teams in a matrix environment.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, responsive and passionate about finding opportunities for process improvement.
• It is important to have excellent communications and technical presentation skills.
• You should have strong problem-solving skills, consistently successful implementing systematic solutions.
• Experience with productivity tools and process automation
• PM Certification/training
• 5+ years leading a team
• MS EE or CS (or equivalent experience) with 10+ years of experience

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• 5 years programming of a modern programming language is highly desired
• Significant experience in building storage solutions for on-premises and Cloud infrastructure
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles, enterprise system and storage architecture
• Previous experience with productizing storage systems including experience of - coordinating activities between internal organizations and partners is highly desirable
• Working knowledge of operating systems, storage technologies, graphics principles are also plus.

The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 304,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
