Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping and laundry operations
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met throughout the facility
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff to maintain high-quality service
- Monitor inventory and order supplies to ensure efficient operations
- Conduct inspections to uphold safety and infection control standards
- Work closely with the facility leadership team to ensure a positive environment for residents
What We're Looking For:
- Previous housekeeping supervisory experience required (healthcare or skilled nursing facility experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and support a team in a fast-paced environment
