The HR Generalist supports the HR Department by coordinating and overseeing all leave of absence, workers compensation and employee relations for your assigned accounts.

Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
What You'll Do
Work collaboratively with the HR Team to assure all HR requests are handled timelyPartner with your assigned accounts management teams to assure all HR processes and policies are being followedAssist with employee coaching and counseling as neededPrepare, coordinate, and track all leave of absence requests including FMLA, ADA, Military and PLOA requests on daily basisCommunicate with department managers on Leave updates regarding accommodations needed, follow up appointment dates, and return to work datesTrack, monitor, and report all claims to the Workers Compensation Insurance companyCommunicate updates to department managers regarding accommodations needed, follow up appointment dates, and return to work dates
