The Digital Lending Support Specialist plays a key role in delivering and evolving the nCino Enterprise platform as aligned with commercial lending strategies. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for providing technical and subject-matter support to nCino end-users across the various commercial lending lines of business. The Support Specialist will work in collaboration with the Wintrust nCino Center of Excellence (Product and IT), Application Support, Third-Party Implementation Partners, and Vendors to deliver a high-touch level of support to end-users.
What You'll Do
Develop an in-depth working knowledge of both the Wintrust Digital lending (nCino) platform and commercial lending policies and procedures in order to provide effective ongoing support to end-users across all facets of commercial lending
Handle one-on-one problem resolution with end-users administered through Teams chat groups and other communication channels
Participate in training delivery to existing and new users to the platform using a variety of methods including in-person classes and via Teams
Maintain library of written training materials and author new materials as needed
Perform certain System Administrator tasks in support of end-user activities and coordinate with IT partners for defect/access resolution
Monitor reports generated by the platform in support of regulatory compliance and end-user activity
Participate with other business stakeholders, end-users, enterprise nCino and Salesforce product and center of excellence teams, and IT partners across Wintrust to assess functional requirements and consult on platform enhancements; analyzing existing policies and procedures to determine best path forward for digital transformation
Execute User Acceptance Testing and report defects back to IT to resolve issues prior to implementation
Qualifications
3+ years working in a commercial lending environment with broad knowledge of loan origination, underwriting, closing and monitoring processes
1+ years' experience with the Salesforce and/or nCino platforms a plus
Must possess strong time management and organizational skills to multitask in a fast-paced environment in support of 700+ end users across many departments within commercial lending
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical colleagues with the ability to translate technical instructions or concepts to non-technical users for their day-to-day success in the platform
Effective presentation skills to deliver training to end-users via in-person or virtual meeting channels
Business analysis and project management skills
Comfortable with and competent in operating within a technology driven environment including legacy systems and third-party vendor integrations
Working knowledge of business productivity tools including Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point
Excellent attitude, positive demeanor, and strong collaboration skills

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000-$75,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience.
