- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, and proficiency in Excel

Preferred Qualifications:
- ERP, QAD, COP, systems experience is a plus
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Planning capacity

The salary range for this position is $28.36 to $32.00.This position is responsible for the translation of the sales forecast into an attainable production plan consistent with specified company operational and financial goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Validate MRP raw material demand
- Release production orders to the factory based on sales orders
- Establish procedures for creating, tracking, and reporting raw material requisitions across two ERP platforms
- Coordination of the outside processing to the respective vendors
- Continuous analyzation of stock levels and work in process
- The analyzation anticipated business forecast and for the assignment of customer due dates
- Support finished product planners in achieving monthly goals/requirements
- Enters orders into COP for GE, UTC, and PW
- Keeps work area clean, safe and in an orderly fashion on a daily basis.
- Performs other tasks of equal or lesser skill as required.
