Supervisor of Product Support (Sales)
Job Summary
Medline Industries has an immediate opening for a Supervisor Product Support with our Capital Equipment division. This role will be located at our Chicago Merchandise Mart location and will work a hybrid model. Manage day to day activities of the product support specialists. Provide in depth knowledge and support to various internal sales teams. Respond to escalated issues or questions.Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day activities of the product support specialists, including but not limited to scheduling various actives, assigning projects, managing overtime schedules and ensuring team performance metrics are tracked and achieved.
Ensure all incoming customer/sales requests are reviewed, resolved or passed to the appropriate group by working collaboratively with the Product Support team. Cross projects when resources are low or projects are running behind schedule.
Assist Product Support Specialists in resolving more complex issues, and crosses. Report findings/concerns to the Product Support Manager (PSM).
Oversee cross projects and review work for Quality Department before sending to the PSM for final review. Review any incorrectly crossed items with the Product Support Specialist that crossed it, in a positive mentoring manner.
Provide focus on Web updates. Write/update product attributes.
Utilize, upload or delete data in master data file.
Facilitate and/or participate in divisional meetings in the absence of the PSM.
Develop and mentor staff through on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities and performance management processes; build and maintain employee morale and motivation; ensure the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies.
Required Experience:
Education
Bachelor's degree.
Work Experience
At least 2 years as a Product Support Specialist or similar role in healthcare organization.
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$68,640.00 - $99,320.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
