Job Title: Manager, Sales Trainings & Support

Job Summary:

The Sales Training & Support Manager delivers and manages the training for Sales (e.g., Account Executives, Account Managers, Sales Support Representatives, etc.).

Job Responsibilities:

• Develops and revises the program curriculum.
• Sets the training plans and manages the training program schedule, enrollment, and logistics.
• Manages and monitors the training budget.
• Delivers certification training to sales trainers.
• Manages TForce Freight Sales Training Supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
