Northern Trust
Sr Acct Manager, GFO (Finance)
Northern Trust, a Fortune 500 company, is a globally recognized, award-winning financial institution that has been in continuous operation since 1889.
Northern Trust is proud to provide innovative financial services and guidance to the world's most successful individuals, families, and institutions by remaining true to our enduring principles of service, expertise, and integrity. With more than 130 years of financial experience and over 22,000 partners, we serve the world's most sophisticated clients using leading technology and exceptional service.
We have a balanced hybrid working model to ensure you get the flexibility you need, and the successful candidate will spend their time between working in the office and working from home.
The Global Family & Private Investment Offices team ("GFO") is a sales and client servicing group, within the Wealth Management division, specifically dedicated to supporting ultra-high net worth individuals and families (>$200m of investable assets), their charities and foundations. Given their wealth, these families act like institutions but require a personal and high touch approach, as well as the highest level of discretion. Our families' wealth is mixed in nature with some being multi-generational inherited wealth and some being new entrepreneurial wealth. With the diversity of their investments, they often take a broad range of products and services from Northern Trust including asset servicing (custody), fiduciary, fund administration, investment management and banking/credit.
The Senior Account Manager acts as the day-to-day client contact for our family members, family offices and their nominated representatives. They will liaise directly with internal partners to resolve issues and hence will be required to build an effective network throughout the bank to find solutions to issues raised. Working closely with the Relationship Manager they will also help assist in driving growth opportunities and additional business.
The GFO team is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated and ambitious individual looking to grow in experience and knowledge alongside the group as we expand our client base in the region.
