High Risk Transaction Specialist (Finance)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for review, processing, and sending out ACH files.
The review and the submission of ACH Stop payments and returns.
Responsible for Fed reports pertaining to ACH (NOCs and Returns)
Assists with check verification, contacting issuing banks and/or customers when needed.
Completes ACH reclamations and Death Notices relating to ACH.
Responsible for Debit Card Mobile Wallet customer support and reporting.
Assists with other duties in the HRT area as well as assisting the Fraud Specialist and the Check Item Coordinator in their absence.
Completes special projects as they arise, such as assisting with system conversions or integration efforts, and internal process updates and improvements
Maintain current knowledge of and adheres to the BSA Policy.
Maintains current knowledge of and monitors high-risk transactions in regards to Corporate Account Take Over.
Understand and support all BSA/AML responsibilities as applicable to the position as well as consistently, accurately, and timely carry out these responsibilities in compliance with the Banks internal policies.
Assumes additional duties/responsibilities as required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, bonuses, etc.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
